NAIP is administered by the [Aerial Field Photography Office](https://www.fsa.usda.gov/programs-and-services/aerial-photography/) (AFPO) within the [US Department of Agriculture](https://www.usda.gov/) (USDA).  Data are captured at least once every three years for each state.
